Cancellations and prepayment:

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.

The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels during the 5 days before the arrival date.

Any change or cancellation in the reservation must be requested, at least, 5 days in advance of the day of entry. If you cancel less than 5 days before the day of entry or do not show up, 100% of the reservation is lost.

Reservations must be paid in full to reserve the chosen dates.

Inform Cova Safaja in advance of your estimated time of arrival, there is no reception and registration is until 20pm. For this, you can contact the accommodation directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Important:
Guests are required to pay a deposit of EUR 150 on arrival to cover any damages that may be incurred.
This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out or the following day by bank transfer and is subject to an inspection by the accommodation to assess if there has been any damage and if it has been left clean, not to be left with a minimum of cleaning Will be discounted by the cleaning company hours worked.
