Tourist tax not included: €1,75 per person/day with a maximum of 7 nights, for guests aged 17 and over.
This tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Cancellations and prepayment:
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.
Guests will be charged the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 5 days of the arrival date.
Any changes or cancellations to the reservation must be requested at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the arrival date, or no-shows, will result in the loss of 100% of the reservation.
Reservations must be paid in full to secure the chosen dates.
Please inform Cova Safaja in advance of your expected arrival time. There is no reception, and check-in is until 8:00 PM. To do so, you can contact the accommodation directly. Any unforeseen circumstances must be reported two hours before the agreed check-in time.
If you do not have identification documents or the security deposit upon arrival, or if you fail to arrive at the agreed check-in time, your reservation will be canceled without refund.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €200, along with the tourist tax indicated in your reservation, must be paid the day before your arrival via bank transfer or Bizum.
The security deposit will be returned the day after your check-out via bank transfer or Bizum, once it has been verified that the apartment is in the same condition as when it was received and that the house rules have been followed.
We do not accept credit cards. We are located in the mountains, and there are no ATMs nearby.

The guest is responsible for any damage and must notify the property immediately. If the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the difference must be paid.
As a tourist rental establishment, it is mandatory to register all guests, regardless of age, and to send their information to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
Please have your ID/passport ready to provide your information for check-in.
No visitors are allowed. Only those registered on the reservation are permitted in the apartment, regardless of age.
No smoking inside the apartment. No parties or events allowed.
Parking:
Free public parking is available on site. Reservations are not required.

Please note that check-out time is until 10:30 am. Any late departures without prior arrangement will incur a charge equivalent to an additional night’s stay.
