Tourist tax not included: €1,75 per person/day with a maximum of 7 nights, for guests aged 17 and over.
Cancellations and prepayment:
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.
Guests will be charged the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 5 days of the arrival date.
Any changes or cancellations to the reservation must be requested at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the arrival date, or no-shows, will result in the loss of 100% of the reservation.
Reservations must be paid in full to secure the chosen dates.
Please inform Cova Safaja in advance of your expected arrival time. There is no reception, and check-in is until 8:00 PM. To do so, you can contact the accommodation directly. Any unforeseen circumstances must be reported two hours before the agreed check-in time.
Security Deposit:
From the time of booking until the day before your arrival, a €200 security deposit must be paid via bank transfer or Bizum, along with the tourist tax indicated in your booking.
The deposit will be refunded a few hours after your check-out via bank transfer or Bizum, once we have verified that the apartment is in the same condition as when you arrived and that you have complied with the house rules.
We do not accept credit cards. We are located in the mountains, and there are no ATMs nearby.
A few days before your arrival, you will be sent a guest information form to complete. This form must be returned no later than the day before your arrival.
If you do not have the required identification documents, the deposit, taxes, and guest information form upon arrival, or if you fail to arrive at the agreed time, your reservation will be cancelled without refund.

The guest is responsible for any damage and must notify the property immediately. If the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the difference must be paid.
As a tourist rental establishment, it is mandatory to register all guests, regardless of age, and to send their information to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
Please have your ID/passport ready to provide your information for check-in.
No visitors are allowed. Only those registered on the reservation are permitted in the apartment, regardless of age.
No smoking inside the apartment. No parties or events allowed.
Parking:
Free public parking is available on site. Reservations are not required.

Check-out: until 10:30 AM
Please note that check-out time is until 10:30 am. Any late departures without prior arrangement will incur a charge equivalent to an additional night’s stay.
